Medical Malpractice

Some of our clients’ injuries and losses occurred in medical care contexts — quite the opposite outcome they expected when consulting with a doctor or checking into a hospital for surgery.

We understand, as do many of our clients, that medicine can never be an exact science and undesirable outcomes are sometimes unavoidable due to individual differences. Some clients are allergic to particular types of medication, for example.

However, we also recognize a clear-cut medical malpractice case and gross negligence when we see it. When a foreign object is left in a body after surgery or when a medical clinic fails to notify a patient of negative test results, and a patient suffers serious harm as a result, that patient is entitled to compensation.
